#Twenty Words with 20 Letters

How many syllables do words with at least 20 letters have?  How many 20-letter words do you come up with while in bed at night?  Do you count the letters of lengthy words on your fingers and toes - or do you need someone else to complete such a truly useless task?

4. Duoquinquagintillion: is equal to 10159 in America, or 10312 in France and Germany.
5. Ethnomusicologically: Relating to or pertaining to ethnomusicology, it being the study of music and culture.
6. Fundamentalistically: in a fundamentalistic manner.
7. Hyperadrenocorticism: Cushing's syndrome, an endocrine disorder caused by high levels of cortisol in the blood.
8. Institutionalization: the process of committing a person to a facility where their freedom to leave will be restrained, usually a mental hospital

15. Roentgenographically: by means of roentgenography - or x-rays.
16. Salpingo-oophorectomy: removal of a Fallopian tube and an ovary.
17. Tectonostratigraphic: of or pertaining to tectonostratigraphy, the stratigraphy of large-scale strata caused by tectonic activity.
18. Uncharacteristically: in an uncharacteristic manner.
19. Vasoepididymostomies: a kind of surgery by which vasectomies are reversed, involving connection of the severed vas deferens to the epididymis. More than one seems excessive.
20. Xenotransplantations: the transplantation of biological or organic matter from a given species into a different one, especially when this matter has been altered (such as by genetic engineering)
